Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy and Rates

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped with insurance.

We offer $8 flat rate standard shipping to anywhere in the US. Expedited options are also available.

At this time we do not offer International shipping. However, if you would like to make a special request please contact us at shop@tresor-amour.com and we will do our best to make arrangements.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@tresor-amour.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
